Itemise which of your clients have trusts that need to be registered
Separate out any trusts that should have registered under 4MLD
Extract the data required to register each trust
Once you have completed our Trust Registration Form for any trust, you will receive the following information:
A copy of the data for lead trustees to check.
A contract for lead trustees to sign (can be done electronically).
An invoice for settlors or lead trustees to pay.
All of these documents will include a unique reference number.
Finally, the trust will be registered and confirmation will be provided to the settlor or lead trustee and adviser, along with evidence for your files. Please see attached for full details.
The cost for the initial registration of trusts is as follows:
- £ 300 per trust (inc VAT)
